Our multisport training clinics and camps are a great way to improve your performance in a specific multisport discipline, immerse yourself in a supportive group setting or simply introduce yourself to the sport of triathlon.

Mix up your Cycling Training with a weekly PACE Intensity Training Session! Our rides will look a little different than usual during this Covid-19 pandemic. Rides will be a maximum of 10 riders and riders are expected to maintain physical distancing according to Health Canada and Triathlon BC protocols. We want to ensure all of our riders, coaches and their families are as safe as possible. Our weekly rides will be Thursdays 6-7:15pm and will be coached, focused workouts to build strength and speed. Coaches will provide form tips along with a mix of hills, interval work and a whole lot of fun!! All levels of road riders welcome as you will do each workout at your fitness level! It’s time to SPRING into action and get training again! PACE Crossfit starts Monday April 12/21 @ 3:45pm Join an adventurous group of athletes for crossfit training and FUN once per week with experienced multisport coach, Lynda Magor (NCCP Certified). Training will be located at Hurford Hill Nature Park on Mondays from 3:45 until 4:45pm. Athletes can attend as many sessions as desired but MUST register to ensure all COVID 19 Return to Sport protocols are adhered to. Registration is FREE!  
Have great group support and raise your open water swim game this season by attending the weekly TUESDAY  PACE Open Water Swims! You will receive expert coaching, full on water support (kayak or SUP + swim tow buoys for visibility!) and become a more confident and competent open water swimmer! Register now for our  15 WEEK SUMMER SESSIONS for a reduced rate or pay just $15 for the drop in rate (you can pay online for this too!). All Swims leave from the Comox Lake Campground Beach at 6pm. Please arrive in time to start swimming at 6. Look for the PACE Multisport flag on the beach for our meeting spot. Session Dates: start June 8/21  & End September 7/21 COVID19 PROTOCOLS for Open Water Swims will be as follows:
  • Social Distancing measures when we meet up on the beach by the PACE flag (staying 2m apart while discussing the swim route etc)
  • Please use hand sanitizer before & after your session with us so you protect yourself.
  • Please bring your own fold up chair if you wish to make use of a chair to hold your towel, to use for getting wet suit on or off etc. *The benches at the beach have been removed due to COVID19.
  • Attempting to keep 2m from each other while swimming, avoiding any drafting to be safe.
