PACE Thursday Swim Training – Spring Session FULL
Join an awesome group of adult & youth athletes and get back to swimming in the pool! All levels welcome! Reserve a spot in a lane with us for assured training times along with a coached workout to suit your needs! Take your freestyle swimming to the next level! Join the PACE Coached Swim Sessions for valuable feedback on your swim stroke as well as professional periodized workouts to meet your goals.

We will be monitoring our group closely with Covid protocols and you will always have space in a lane with PACE! Get your swim training in or work on your freestyle technique with the PACE Swim Crew!
*All Covid 19 safety protocols will be set out to participants once registered. A weekly pre-session assessment will be required as well as waivers signed each night acknowledging being symptom free.
The dates for training will be on Thursday April 8th – May 27th from 7:20-8:15pm at the CV Sports Centre Pool on Vanier Drive! 8 Sessions to greatness!
Sessions run weekly unless we must adjust due to changing public health orders.

All participants must be fully registered online before beginning a session.
With notice of over 2 weeks, we can provide you a full refund less a $25 non-refundable administrative fee for each registration. No refunds for missed sessions once started.
If you request a cancellation within 2 weeks of your first day of a session, you will receive a credit for a later session (subject to availability). All credits will be issued for a session (or sessions) of equal or lesser value.
